The MOLMEC  Consortium provides activity of training for operator aimed to search for technological innovations, and the improvement of the produced goods and/or services performed both inside and outside the consortium.

Since the Consortium is also made up of companies which train personnel in the mechanics and mechatronics sectors, it can provide the Research, Qualification and  Training and Updating of personnel, using appropriate local or institutional financing.
